Eye Top 2005
The Eye Top 2005 software has been designed for those coming to corneal topography for the first time.
Software features:
• An auto-focus algorithm helps you capture measurements in sequence and at the correct distances from the disc
• An advanced ring editing system lets you modify their edge positions in order to guarantee a correct reconstruction - even for particularly distorted corneal surfaces
ï Mapping the axial curvature
• Instantaneous curvature mapping allowing immediate measurement of the corneal surface morphology
• Ability to set Absolute, Normalised and Adjustable scales for general or detailed visualisation of every map
• Ability to measure ñ in millimetres or dioptres ñ the curve measurement or to express eccentricity in p, e, Q or SF
• Instruments for follow-up visits, such as:
• Ability to compare up to 4 different instantaneous curvature maps, axial curvature maps or refractive power maps
• A wide range of synthetic descriptors for cornea properties, such as:
- Sim K to simulate the measurements of an ophthalmoscope at fixed targets
- Meridians with larger corneal cylinder in the 3 mm, 5 mm and 7 mm zones
- Flatter and more curved hemimeridians in the 3 mm, 5 mm and 7 mm zones
- Pupil decentring, pupil radius and size of the corneal diameter
• Import and export of data to exchange case history details
An add-on module can be chosen, with the following functions:
• Refractive power mapping
• Altimetry mapping
• Differential mapping
• "Vinciguerra" curvature gradient map
• "Vinciguerra" cataract summary
• Complete pupillometry integrated with the topography, lets you:
- Measure the dynamic pupillometry, starting at more than 400 lux and switching off the light source in order to allow the pupil to dilate to its maximum extension
- Assess pupil decentring in respect of the vertex and the drift of the pupil centre during dilation
- Visualise the pupil on the topographic map
• Corneal wave front analysis including:
- Corneal wave front summary with the ability to set pupil parameters
- Visual quality summary with information on PSF, Spot Diagrams and MTF for the wavefront examined
• Orthokeratology
